ENGR 6 HW 9-19-2017

* To find hemisphere, I have user to input -1 if the location is at southern region. Then use this -1, h, to multiply into latitude equation. So the resultant number will become negative. On the other hand, if its northern, then type 1 so solution is still same number.

*Error*

So when I run the program, it allow me to input number h. But it just keep on loading and the "run" button still showing "stop", which mean the program is still running. And it does not allow me to input other input.
